I also see multiple reports regarding 100% packet loss. As checked on their Service Status page https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status there are no known issues yet about connectivity. I suggest to report it using the Report button on that page and select Devices & networking.

Ok mobile hotspot test shows 42 download...1.50 upload......ping is 110 ms...wiireless strength is 100 percent.....and packet loss is still 100 percent

The only thing i have not done was try different cablle but wifi has perfect stats as well high download and upload and low ping but 100 percent packet loss. So thw cable or no cable its 100 percent packet loss i tried both xhoxs i own couod it be xbox network this only started happening a eeek ago

I've seen multiple reports about getting 100% packet loss last week. Mostly likely it's a bug because some were able to play their games online just fine.

If you're able to play fine, you may just disregard it. I recommend that you also report it directly to the Xbox team via Report a problem app so it can be investigated properly. Check the guide here https://support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/m...

Also having 100 percent packet loss ISP Comcast, can not find a problem with ISP or Router
