i pre ordered Fifa 17 super deluxe edition but havent been given the 10 microstore gift code which says on xbox rewards i should be given please help thanks

The $10 gift code should be sent via email about 10 days after the game ships as long as you preordered from microsoftstore.com.

Apologies for the confusion, but as stated earlier, there's only a code for the physical version. The digital version does not come with a code and automatically comes with the points as long as you specifically purchased the 'Super Deluxe'
edition. Did you check your 'Ready to install' for FIFA 17 and find anything pending?

Codes aren't sent out for this content. It should show up in-game for you. Have you by chance reached out to
EA support in regards to your packs not appearing in game? Be sure to check under the Manage game list for FIFA 17, to make sure all associated content for it is installed.
