    $10 Microsoft Credit code never received


    I bought Rise of the Tomb Raider Digital Pre-order on November 9th. As part of the preorder bonus, I was supposed to receive a code worth $10 within 10 days. Never received the follow-up e-mail with the code

    Did not receive my Gift Code credit.

    Hello, I ordered Fifa 16 from Microsoft and was supposed to receive a $10 Microsoft Store Gift Code (as it shows on my recent orders) but I actually never received the $10, as my account shows that there is $0.00 in gift codes and credits.

    i never received my 10 virtual codes or 5000 reward credits for preodering a disc copy. It never specified what version so i bought the disc copy expecting codes inside.

    Promo Code for Recore Pre-Order

    The $10 code should be emailed about 10 business days after the game shipped. So it would be too soon to receive it. If you don't receive the code, you will need to contact support for the Microsoft Store.

    Also keep in mind that if you're a rewards member, you will receive 15,000 rewards credits instead of the $10 gift code.

    The $10 credit was a Microsoft Store promotion so you would have to contact support at microsoftstore.com. If you purchased the games digitally, you would not have been eligible.

    If you are a rewards member, you would have received 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift codes.

    If you preorder a game as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com you can receive a $10 gift code. If you are a rewards member, you will receive 15,000 credits instead of the $10 code. The credits should show as pending about 10-15 business days after the
    game shipped.

    If you preordered Gears 4 digitally, it had to be preordered before October 1 in order to qualify for the credits. If you did, support will check into your credits and post back here.
