"10 KR for your first month with gold" - Still paid 79 KR for first month?

Hi.

I got an offer to try Xbox Live Gold for 10 KR for the first month. I signed up yesterday, but 79 KR was drawn from my account.

The ad clearly said it would be 10 KR. I have never paid for Gold before so I´m curious why you are taking 79 KR instead of 10 KR like the ad said?

(I´m a swedish user by the way. KR is short for swedish currency)

I tried to contact support by phone, but the support was closed and the call was declined, even though stated opening hours claims it is supposed to be open today?

Would appreciate some support.

Hej! i förrgår skulle jag skaffa xbox live guld för en månad för 79 kr. Jag gick igenom betalningen och skaffade det. Men sedan när jag skulle gå in på online stod det att jag inte hade det och då hade jag redan köpt det. Men jag tänkte att det
då inte hade gått igenom första gången jag betalde så jag gjorde om betalningen igen och då funkade det. Men nu har jag betalt 79 kr två gånger. jag skall ju bara betala för en gång. Hur skall jag göra för att få tillbaka 79 kr?

I dont get acces to xbox live

Hello.

I dont get acces to xbox live on my xbox one. I checked on my bank details and It clearly says Ive paid 79 kr (swedish value).

Sorry to hear that you were overcharged. Do you still have the advertisement that was promoting this price? If so can you please get a screenshot of it and it's Terms and Conditions for us?

Yes, actually I have a picture of the advertisement. I took it after I was charged.

I don´t have a picture of the terms and conditions. When I start my Xbox One now the offer is no longer showing.

Shouldn´t you be able to reach that, since the offer is still running?

I believe it is just a typo on the first page and shouldn't say kr 179.00 but kr 899.00
