    10 Hours of Multiplayer for 3 Months of Groove Music Pass


    Refer to Support Number 1398729177.

    I played over ten hours of multiplayer on Forza Horizon 3 in order to get a code for 3 months of free Groove Music Pass. After the 9/22 deadline, I await the code and have yet to receive it.

    It looks like all promotions for Groove Music have ended since the announcement of Groove Music being discontinued as a service and the addition of Spotify taking over according to the Groove Music and Spotify: FAQ

    HERE    . Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do to generate any codes, since this service is being discontinued. If you had paid for any months of Groove Music and were looking for a refund, we'd suggest contact the support teams again via chat or phone,
    as they handle all refund requests.

    We appreciate your patience while we took a closer look into it!

    Since that is not a Rewards program offer, you'll want to try posting in the sales and promotions forum for assistance. Also, reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support and should not be posted on the forums.

    We're not familiar with this promotion at all. There was a promotion in Forza Horizon 3 which you could get a free trial offer for Groove Music, but there hasn't to our knowledge been one that gives you a 3 month code for Groove Music for playing 10 hours.
    Can you please link us to to a page that details this promotion? It might have been an offer, but not through Xbox.
