10 Hours in Games With Gold Games

Hi. I believe that I have spent 10 hours in games with gold games for each of the past 3 months, but have not received credit for completing the challenge.

Gold Dust MyChallenge Question

Hello,

I have a question regarding the Gold Dust MyChallenge.

Per the FAQ:

"These offers consist of both downloading and playing a featured Games with Gold for at least 10 hours per month. In order to qualify, you must both download AND play the title during the time it is featured as part of the Games with Gold offerings
for the month."

Last month, I played two Games with Gold games for a total of >10 hours, will this count towards completion of the goal? I played ~4 hours of Back to the Future, and ~6 hours of Van Helsing, each while they were featured games, but
now, looking back at the challenge, it appears as though this will not qualify. Am I right that the challenge requires playing a single game for at least 10 hours?

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

So I think I understand the "featured" aspect, like so 360 games are only "featured" for like 15 days, and Xbox one games are featured for 30 days, right? My other issue is does the 10 hrs have to be in one game? Or like the first half of January for instance
can I play 3 hours of "back to future" 3 hours of tomb raider and 4 hours of "van Hellsing"? This is a 3 month in a row challenge, so there needs to be better clarification on this. Also if in that games hub under stats hours played, is that correct?

We are currently investigating reports of user's having issues completing this MyChallenge. Are you able to recall the titles that you played that should have progressed this MyChallenge?

 

December:

Back to the Future - 15 hours 10 minutes (a little bit of that may have been in January)

Child of Eden (game time tracker isn't available for 360 games, but I played game to completion)

Marlow Briggs (game time tracker isn't available for 360 games, but I played game to completion)

January:

Zombi -10 hours 8 minutes

Army of Two (game time tracker isn't available for 360 games, but I played game to completion)

February:

Shadow Warrior -12 hours 47 minutes
