10$ gift invite program cancelled early

Okay so i saw this promotion yesterday about inviting friends to live or play pass and getting 10$ now i remember reading the little section at the bottom and i am wondering why it was cancelled early i had intended to use this promotion and upon spending
a hour scouring the shop i cannot find it so it must have been removed early i would like to discuss this with the promotion members since it was advertised to go till march and it was cancelled early which is not fair to those who wanted to use this promotion

Xbox Preview Program

No, there is no preview program invites anymore. Also, that's early access game you can buy it without being in the preview program.

No it was displayed on my xbox one and vanished it was deliberately removed early from my xbox and when i go to that page all it says i dont qualify for offers

Sorry to hear it. The dashboard ad you saw would have led to the page I linked I my post before to check if you are eligible or not. Unfortunately if the page states your account is not eligible for the referral promotion, we are unable to assist further.
Eligibility is based on if your a Game Pass/Gold subscriber, but eligibility also depends on whether or not you have friends on your Xbox Live friends list who are eligible to receive the referral.

so why did i suddenly become uneligible after 3 days cause i clicked it before got to the site to select friends
