10% Discount for Students and Parents on all Microsoft Products?

I was told by one of your online reps, Faye, while I was on the order page, to request a refund for the 10% discount for parents and students on my order #5057358309, but don't see anywhere to do that? It was 10% off through coupons.com for students and
parents on all microsoft products:

$250 off Microsoft Store Coupons, Promo Codes 2018

But it did not show up on my order, so a second online rep, Hera, told me to post it here - How do I get a refund for the 10%?

You are missing my point..

If the student discount is not for educational purposes, why should students get the discount?

If you say its for microsofts financial gain, surely the people out there earning money and with disposable incomes should get the discount, not students.

Hi there,

Microsoft doesn't actually have any student discount scheme, but it might be worth having a word with your Student Union, to see if there are any programs that you can join, or if they have any discounts in local game stores like Best Buy, GAME, Gamestop,
etc.

Also, there are other incentives if you are employed in a sales or customer service job, that sells Microsoft products, like
Microsoft Expertzone. Signing up is free, so you have only to gain!

Hi there SuPeR TeMpZz,

Being a former student myself the only discount that is offered by microsoft currently is via the microsoft store for software, appliances and consoles, currently there is no program via xbox for student discounts I do apologise for any upset caused by this.
