10 Days and still have not received Sea of Thieves Merc pack codes. Xbox live gold promo

Purchased the xbox live gold on April 23rd, 10 days later I still have not received the codes from the promotion.

Sea of theives pre-order problem

Hi there Mialtrek.

Customers who pre-ordered Sea of Thieves but have not yet received a code for the Black Dog pack should expect a code for that pack 7-10 days from the launch of Sea of Thieves.

Mercenary Pack DLC Code

I purchased an Xbox Live Gold 3-month subscription during a promo event that offered the Mercenary Pack DLC for Sea of Thieves, but never received the code. I purchased the subscription on April 13, 2018, order number is 8407700647.

For reference, the promo page was at Xbox | Games and Entertainment on All Your Devices. In the Terms and Conditions, it says:

"Offer excludes existing Gold subscribers; valid 4/10/18-4/30/18, only at Microsoft.com or in-console store; credit card required. Also excludes: customers who previously purchased 1-month Gold for $1 since July 1st 2017 or 50% off discounts in 2018. After
promotion period membership continues to be charged at the then-current price (subject to change) plus applicable taxes, unless cancelled. Offer valid only in US, Mexico, Brazil, Canada (excluding Quebec), UK, France, Germany, Australia. Sea of Thieves Owners
or Game Pass Subscribers who buy Gold during the offer will receive a digital code with the Sea of Thieves Mercenary Pack in their Xbox Message Center by 5/31/2018. Limit one (1) promotional code per account, while supplies last. Offer not valid on prior Xbox

I talked with a support agent who said that my account should have received the code, and he tried requesting one from Rare but wasn't able to get one. He said I should make a post in this forum to receive help from a specialist.

Per the terms of the offer you should receive the code by May 31.

 

I understand that, I was told by a live Agent I should have received something by 10 days, and I was instructed by another agent today to make a post here about it.
