    ive put through the online store an order for a new xbox x 10 days ago and my order still pending

    I do understand due to covid things are delayed

    but i havent got any notices about that and on the store showed me that its not out of stock and my order will take 3-7 days

    And on top of that i cant get through to the customer support the line keeps disconnecting for some reason

    i totally regret using the online store atm

    it would have been easier and faster to get it through a retailer but i guess its my fault

    P.S and i dont have the option to cancel the order for some reason too

    This def will be my last time using the online store

    I put an order in for new headsets over 10 days ago and my order is still pending. What is the hold up and when will i receive my shipments. One to my son in Arizona and One to me in Michigan?

    Have you had the confirmation email actually come through and the order just hasnt arrived at your home yet? It can take time unfortunately but it is insured to arrive at your home in one peice. I bought a cyberpunk 2077 wireless controller last week from
    the website, didn't pay extra for express delivery and was told it would arrive 6 days later, it actually arrived two days after I ordered it (and I ordered it late night), so it shouldn't take too much longer at this point.

    Sorry to hear it. Please log in to https://account.microsoft.com and make sure your billing info is correct and up to date. Also give your bank a call and make sure there's
    not a hold on your card that could be holding up the purchase.
