    10 day xbox suspension


    My 11 year old son has received a ban on Xbox for saying can you be admin on skygem game on minecraft to a friend. Now I'm a gamer but have never played Minecraft but from what he has explained to me this translates as can we paya together and you be the host as you have played this game more.... Why on earth would you get a ban for this and yes i appealed and just got a bot response.

    Strange. I thought suspensions that are less than 14 days can't be appealed..

    Could you share a screenshot of the response ? Plz remove private information before.
    yeah,it's suspensions of 48 hours or less that can't be appealed.

    Was the post in a LFG ?

    Unable to submit case review on communication ban

    They now issue 100 day suspensions for multiple violations of the ToU/CoC.

    These do not show on the enforcement site & can not be appealed.

    Be aware that if you are thinking of using a secondary account to avoid the suspension on your main account then that is also a violation of the code of conduct & could result in a console privilege suspension.
    10/10/2017 until 21/01/2018 is 103 days?

    its not the start of the day, its 19:10,

    i was sent the notification of suspension email at 12:22am

    couldnt access XBL from 10 AM

    so your logic is void
