    I purchased xbox live renew code which came with £10 xbox credit but then when I tried to redeem the codes for the credit today it says they have expired. is there any way to get new codes?

    Lost Limbo Code

    I missed the Limbo message before the message expired as well.

    I also missed redeeming the free 1 month code for early adopting the Master Chief Collection before the message expired.

    Can you help Miss Diggz? Or is there anything I can do?

    Xbox says I already have gold when using a code.

    My 48 hour trial expired, and now I am trying to use another gold trial code, but when i input the code, I get a message saying, "You already have a gold membership", yet my trial expired, what can i do to fix this? I tried holding down the power button
    for 10 seconds, but it hasn't fixed anything.

    Unfortunately if the code included an expiration date and it's now expired, we aren't able to provide you with a new code. For future codes, make sure to check sure to redeem as soon as possible to avoid it's expiration.

    I have an expired xbox 5 dollar code and i would like to get a non expired code for it.

    Yeah I don't think there is anything you can do here.

    Were you originally sent an expired code? Or did you let it expire. Depends where you got it from, when etc.

    But if you let it expire, that can't be rectified.
