    10% Cash Back from FedEx shipping?


    I ordered a Turtle Beach Recon Chat White Headset from the Microsoft store after redeeming $15 worth of Microsoft Rewards points and it was shipped to me by FedEx. I received the estimated date for the package to arrive and I was told it will arrive on Monday, February 22 from 8-11 PM, it is the next day and the package is nowhere to be found. I check the tracking URL and it says it is pending. I contact support they said they were sorry, because of the severe weather conditions it is running off schedule. They then gave me a 10% of the cash from the product to my account ($1), I am just wondering if it canceled my purchase, or is it a way to repay me for how long it has taken?

    Since they only gave you a partial refund, the order was most likely not cancelled and that is just to give you something back since the shipping is taking longer than expected.

    Have you had an opportunity to ask neighbors if they mistakenly received your package?

    I have had FedEx deliver something I shipped to the neighbor of the person I was sending it to.

    If none of your neighbors have it, then you can call FedEx customer service and dispute the delivery and make a claim for reimbursment.

    Once you hear back from FedEx repost here with an update.

    Sorry to hear it. Xbox won't know if the package was on the Fedex vehicle that caught fire. Please contact Fedex themselves. They should have a shipping bill that will include all tracking numbers from the vehicle.

    The Microsoft Console Repair Scam - the "Product shipped to customer" status that means nothing!

    Just another quick post. Saw a thread about this exact issue occurring before. Apparently Microsoft says they shipped the console to you, when in reality they only prepared it for pick up by FedEx. So what's happening right now, as far as I can tell, is
    the notification we all received about the Xbox One being sent back to us is actually a notification that means, "Your Xbox One is ready to be picked up by FedEx."So FedEx hasn't actually gotten our console yet, just the info. The shipment date we see is the
    estimated delivery for an item that, if it was actually picked up the day the shipment information was received, would have arrived at it's destination.

    Instead what we get is a notification that says it was shipped back, but wasn't, and is in fact only READY to be shipped back, and after a week or so of that notification from FedEx, will update and say that it was shipped and is coming. So I expect either
    tomorrow, 9/8/2014, or Tuesday, 9/9/2014, I will see a new update stating it's actually been picked up and shipped to my house. Which means another week of waiting. Yay.

    Printing Shipping Labels

    Hiya,

    Depending on what sort of shipping option you picked, if it was anything to do with FedEx Drop Off (Standard or Express), please make sure to check your e-mail. It will contain information (Steps 1-3) on how to find a participating FedEx authorized shipping
    center that will print the label out for you. Working from memory, I believe step 1 shows you how to look up the FedEx location, step 2 gives you information on what you need to bring and what you need to take out of your console, and step 3 gives you the
    information you'd need to give to the FedEx representative at the location so they are able to print your label for you.

    If you opted for the Express FedEx shipping, you would have had to pay $10.50 for the shipping and you are provided with complete shipping supplies at the store, if you didn't choose that option and just chose the free FedEx shipping then you'd need to either
    bring your own packaging or pay extra for packing material at the FedEx location.
