I got an offer that said that I could get one year of gold for $39.99. When I clicked on it it said that it was $59.99. I don’t really know what happened but I would like some help.

Same thing here - it appears as an offer on the Xbox dashboard. You click and see the details, clearly stating we are eligible for the $39.99 price for 12 months Gold. So you click to get the deal and you are taken to the standard renewal page where everything
is full price. What's up Microsoft?

if u are having the same problem just go to Microsoft support and go to a live chat. They helped me and I one year gold for $39.99. They were very friendly and very helpful.

Thanks, I went to chat and they helped me out. I had to send them a screen shot of the offer. Then I had to make a video and send it to them showing the next screen that with the full price instead of the promised discount. Then I had to buy the Gold renewal
at full price ($59.99) and they immediately sent me a refund via Paypal that brought the price down to $39.99.

Im from the UK and have the same issue. I get a deal of live fir 1 year st £26.50 but when i select the deal it sats £39.99? Xbox customer service are useless, they said to purchase it at full price and they will refund me microsoft points? So basically
im still spending £39.99??
