    I have an ISSUE where I keep getting reported and COM BANNED for no reason I have received a 2 week ban 5 days ago and I signed into my account this morning (March 25) and seen that I had received another ban until March 25 2026. And I haven't done anything I have deleted all of my messages blocked everyone who could have possibly done the report and I'm still receiving suspensions. Is there anything I can do to remove the 1 year suspension?

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

    Unfortunately Xbox support cannot help you remove a sanction, as they do not have access to the Enforcement system, the Enforcement team cannot be contacted and the only way to appeal your sanction is through the following website

    Keep in mind that not all sanctions are appealable, it is necessary to log in to the website to identify if the system allows you to submit an appeal.

    The Xbox enforcement team is an isolated department. The only way to reach out to them is through filing a case review. If your case review has been denied or your suspension/ban is not eligible for an appeal then I'm afraid there are no available options for your enforcement action.

    You've already been told by me. There is no way for civilians or support persons to contact enforcement except via the appeal process

    Asking new people won't change this, you need to file your appeal

    Hello, So I know this might be hard to hear, but I don't think it matters. As long as it was happening on your console with knowledge or without they hold you responsible. You have the option of changing password. Adding 2 step authentication of login passcodes. I know its crazy but its your account and they expect you to know what's going on with it at all times. As it has been said over and over again NOBODY can talk to enforcement. Their their own department and handle and research things to bring upon bans. If you feel as though said ban is wrong, if your given an appeal you can try that. If not then you just have to roll with it. For you to get a hardware ban they def have proof against your account.

    No one but the enforcement team has access to this. None of them read or post here and no one here or at support has any ability to reach them.
