Morning all,

This is my monthly "I'm not giving up on this.." post to once again ask the powers that be to prod the group in charge of fixing my issue. At this point I don't even know how many points I have pending to be rewarded because it's covered up with "Update
your account" which does nothing.

I would appreciate any updated information you could provide. Of course I'm not going to make the empty "I'll never buy Xbox Again!" threats cause let's face it, I'm locked.

But seriously though. Come on.. I worry I'm going to be making this past at year two. I worry that I'll be making this post right up till the day before they announce the sunsetting of the XBox Rewards program. I know there are checks and balances to make
any major change in the Live Ecosystem, but how seriously difficult can this be? If the problem is known, why isn't there a solution after all this time?

Xbox rewards reset

My xbox rewards keeps getting reset to star level 1 every year since last year why my star level was at 2 in December and this month you reset it back to level 1 why and my gamertag is .

credits not deposited

Hi DirtyJ2000. Credits pending between the 1st to the 15th of the month gets deposited before the last day of the month (2nd scheduled deposit of a month), and Credits pending from the 16th to the last day of the month gets deposited by the 15th of the following
month (1st deposit scheduled for a month). Since 20,717 or those Credits started pending after March 1, they were scheduled to be deposited on the 2nd deposit of the month. A deposit will be made on the 29th. Since 5,000 of those Credits were awarded on March
21st, those will be deposited on April 12th.

Hello Killgrave,

Unfortunately, the payment team we have escalated this issue to has not provided us with a solid resolution date. While we have seen activity from them that indicates progress is being made, they have not yet given us a report on when to expect a full resolution
to be deployed. The issue is that since your account has multiple billable accounts associated with it, we cannot complete a deposit due to an account error that causes no specific billable account to be indicated to us. Since we need to know which account
you have specified as the expected account to receive deposits into, the process cannot complete. Since this private information is highly sensitive, we must rely on our payment team to apply their resolution to this issue.

We have had alternative methods of forcing a deposit in the past, that unfortunately have either been disabled or deactivated due to changes on the system. While we are awaiting a resolution from this other team, we are also investigating with other sources ways
to restore functionality to these alternate methods, but at the current time have not heard back from those contacts. Again, we apologize for the delay in resolving this issue. In the meanwhile, Credits will continue to accumulate in your account, and a catalog
of those Credit events can be seen on the pending Credit section of the MyRewards page.

We only deposit twice a month, once around the middle of the month, and again around the end of the month. Since you requested your deposit on 20th and the 30th last month, it was not made in time to be included in last month's end of month deposit. It will
be a part of this month's mid-month deposit.

Since the Credits were placed as pending on the 19th last month, they will be deposited in the mid-month deposit this month.

If the credits from the 28th are your VIP rebate, those would not have actually been pending until after March 1. Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the last month. They're just shown as pending with the last date
of the month they are for so you know which month they are for. Since the 1st deposit this month took place around the 9th, they were most likely added too late to be deposited on that date and would be scheduled for the end of the month deposit.
