1 TV or 2 Movies & TV, errr

Whenever I try to say Hey Cortana Snap TV, she always responds with 'which 1 TV or 2 Movies & TV.' Then I've tried responding 1, number 1, TV, Live TV, 1 TV. No matter how I try she always responds with the same basic question 1 TV or 2 Movies & TV.

Anybody have any ideas?

The goal is to watch Live TV snapped.

Sky TV subscription at no extra cost until 1 Feb 2012

I currently access Sky on my 360, but Ive noticed in MS T&Cs it says "Sky TV Customers: Live TV and on-demand content available on Xbox 360 in line with your Sky TV subscription at no extra cost until 1 Feb 2012.
To watch Sky Movies and/or Sky Sports on-demand you must take Sky Movies 1&2 and/or Sky Sports 1&2."

So after the 1st Feb are MS going to start charging Sky customers who access their package through Xbox 360?

Xbox rewards problems

im not receiving my xbox rewards credits for my purchases of movies on the microsoft movies and tv app or my 2 percent cash back

Turn her off and go back to using Xbox On, etc. as it's just simply 100 times than Cortana. You want to watch Sherlock Holmes and she goes off searching for "Shear Locks for Homes" "Is that correct". Pain in the hoop.

Had One S since Day One and tried to use Cortana but she is hopeless and who wants to sit with a headset on to change TV channels. Not the brightest idea and really poorly executed along with One S's hardware changes and particularly the moving on IR control
from Kinect to the console she is truly hopeless.

Maybe better is US (I'm Scottish) but I never have much problem using Xbox instead. You can turn Cortana off in Settings.

Snapping apps has been removed from the Xbox operating system and will no longer be functional. This is probably permanent.

If you have an LG tv there are different picture settings for each video setting you can choose, and all the HDR profiles are seperate too. I have like 10 non hdr profiles only use about 2, one for movies and tv and 1 for games, and 5 HDR picture profiles,
only use 2 there too, 1 for games, and 1 for movies and tv. You have to go and change the HDR profile you are using. Also some games have seperate brightness settings for HDR too such as destiny 2.
