1 Microsoft acc with 2 Xbox profiles how to remove/delete one of them?

Each Xbox profile (gamertag) is associated with a unique Microsoft account. It's generally not possible to have multiple Xbox profiles under a single Microsoft account. If you're seeing two different Xbox profiles associated with the same email, possible the same email address is used as an alias on more than 1 Microsoft account.

However, this usually happens because you are using an email that its very similar to the other one, but even minor differences in email addresses, such as an extra letter or a period, can result in separate Microsoft accounts, each with its own Xbox profile. This often leads to confusion, especially when trying to manage subscriptions and profiles.

Verify Microsoft Account Associations:

1.- Visit account.microsoft.com and sign in with your email address.​

2.- Check the "Your Info" section to see which gamertag (Xbox profile) is associated with this Microsoft account.​

3.- Repeat this process if you have multiple Microsoft accounts to identify which Xbox profiles are linked to each account.

Thank you. If i create a new microsoft acc for him and add this to his xbox acc and remove mine will he lose all his achievements? And also by removing my acc will it delete my acc completly? Thanks

There are a few things you can do:

1. Remove the password from the console so your borther can't access your profile:

support.xbox.com/.../remove-microsoft-account-password-from-console

2. Delete the profile from the console (and the save games):

support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

Depending on the way of deletion, save games are deleted as well (when deleted they are gone for ever). If save games are not deleted they remain on the console, other profiles can't use them, but can delete them. So if you want to keep the save games you
may want to move them to a usb device (or cloud if possible)

3. Move profile (and save games) to an usb device:
support.xbox.com/.../manage-games-data

And i didnt login to a acc on my xbox one its a microsoft my 360 acc is just a profile.

please try these steps:

1. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link: ssupport.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

be sure to check the storage section for any corrupt profiles and remove them (Will have yellow icon saying corrupt)

2. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

3. Turn the console off.

4. Turn the console on.

5. Clear the console cache one more time

6. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.)
