This seems unfair *and inacurate*

Advertised as a special offer for £1 for the first month then £10.99 *please see attached screenshot*

I have been charged £10.99 not £1

Have you previously uaed Game Pass Ultimate? The offer is for new subscribers

If you've had it in the past, you would not be eligible for the promotional price.

The $1 offer is usually for people who have never had a game pass subscription.

Since you say you've had a sub before then you wouldn't be eligible for the $1 offer.
