1 free month xbox live golld i can't use it

i have a message from xbox live about a gift of a free 1 month xbox love gold but when i press launch app i can't get it for free i must to pay 9.99$ yesterday i chated with the support but the chat ended when i go to reply to his email with attaching pictures
i do it i attached pictures of the message but i receive nothing no reply no comment so please i need my 1 month free if i can get it and thank u

Xbox live gold free trial canceled if I enter code for xbox live gold?

so I'm eligible for free Xbox live gold for 1 month. I got 3 months of Xbox live gold for Christmas but my question is if I enter the code for 3 months of Xbox live gold will it cancel me being able to use free Xbox live gold trial for 1 month?

By the way, I did not use the trial yet.

 

30 Day Xbox Live Gold trial offer not working

I was asked if I want to try 1 month free of Xbox live gold. I gave all the details needed but now i can't use it. When I 'm going to subscriptions in settings I can really only for the paid Xbox live gold. I would really like to try the free trial first.
