    Normally I never really send messages or use xbox chat. The few times I do use it, its short friendly conversations. Today somebody was griefing me while I was just minding my own business in GTA online. It pissed me of so I reported him like I usually do,
    although it never seems to do anything.. He continued and I was kinda done with it so for the first time I sent a message cursing someone. A simple message: [mod rmeoved]. I immediately got a one day suspension. Now I just thought that's a bit overboard and
    quick, seeing I'm the one whos getting harassed in game initially. But ah well I don't use it that much anyways big deal.. But now I try to watch twitch and I cant even view the chat there. Xbox blocked my twitch chat on all channels. [mod removed]? I mean
    sure its not nice calling someone an [mod removed], but a one day ban of all social related stuff on xbox when I have a good reputation according to xbox, don't harass people at all and I'm the one getting griefed?! I cant even file an appeal or review! But
    people who ruin other peoples games can just go about there way without issues. Its absolutely ridiculous. How can this be the standard for such a huge platform.. No warning before I send the message or after about possible suspensions or that using certain
    language results in immediate suspensions. And as usual its impossible to even start a webchat with xbox support. No option available to chat on the xbox support site anywhere. Xbox support and suspension protocol seems to be absolute garbage.

    Edit: Apparently I cant even type words like [mod removed] or [mod removed] here when I'm not insulting anyone. Again ridiculous.

    The warning is the code of conduct/terms of use you agree to when you sign up which does state that profanity is not allowed.

    Support does not handle enforcement issues, so even if you did start a chat, they would not be able to do anything. As the suspension is only 24 hours, all you can do is wait it out.

    Its easy dont ask for cheats just ask for a group thats all thats allowed you can say grinding etc

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. The only way to contact them would be through a case review at the enforcement site, but since the suspension is for 24 hours, it would not be eligible for a case review (the review would take longer than the
    suspension) so all you can do is wait it out.

    The enforcement team also do not reset reputations. The only way to improve your rep is by playing online without getting negative reports. If you play a lot of games that are typically toxic (Rainbow 6, Overwatch, etc.) try playing some other games online
    for a bit.
