1. Bought DLC will not load onto my account?(dont give me the standard reset xbox nonsense)...

Nothing has worked for me. I dont have the receipt from where i bought the game. I didn't buy it from the xbox market place. Bethesda didnt have any new info or give me any help. Ive tried factory reset on my xbox. I tried redownloading the game and dlc.
And when i go to the marketplace to the dlc download it only allows me to buy it. Not install it. Guess the only option is to not play with dlc. Sucks.

It is on the same console that it was originally bought, just on a different account. How would I be able to access to play the DLC? I know that if Im on the main account and go to the xbox market live, the DLC will give me a play button to play the DLC
but if Im on the 2nd account it just shows up the price and asks me to buy it once more. Also I dont have xbox live gold membership on this 2nd account, would that a be a factor that might be affecting me? I only have gold membership on my main account, not
on my 2nd account.

This happens to me, What i do is, make sure you are logged into the dashboard on the account that bought the DLC, i dont know if your using more than 1 account. I have 2 accounts on my xbox one, both used ONLY at my house, when i use account (B.) which has
not purchased the DLC, i cannot use it, but when im on this account (A.) i can use it, only when im on the dashboard with this account.

Yeah I guess my question now is since I got the ultimate edition through the pass if I bought the standard edition and logged into my account through steam with the Ultimate edition would I give me the rewards since its tied to my xbox account or would
It just be the standard?

$40.00 + tax. Never bought DLC so can't add that. Never bought Xbox Live cards either yet so can't add that but I'm on my free month. The game they give me standard is good enough for me. Not that I am against any of those things but for me $$$ issues.
Always rather get a game instead of anything else.
