    i'm having trouble with either accounts or my xbox console i logged into a alt profile on my xbox device as i tried watching a video on a website it glitched and the video went to a blank green screen so i closed the internet explorer app on console went into settings and removed the account as i tried to log back into the alt profile it told me it already is on the console but it wasn't showing up in my list of profiles so now it's a rogue profile account that i cannot delete or add and the issue with video feedback has followed me to my new alt profile so i'm stuck as to what to do my fear is a possible hack as i tried going to add new profile in console it was kicking me out back to xbox home screen after i typed in the email it would not allow me to type password as i also tried to log into my other alt profiles it requested a first name it wouldn't allow me to type one before kicking me back to xbox home page

    This is not fixed with a hard reset, i am also beset with no Xbox beyond the startup green screen, post Witcher 3. How am i to factory reset in this situation. Help would be appreciated.

    green /black screen how I fixed it..

    My usb stick that I put the update on shows up on my pc as an 8gb HDD not removable storage. Is this why I can't get it to work once I transfer it to the x box. If so can I change it or do I need to spend more money on a new usb stick. If so what type.
    Thought I'd got the right one last time.

    Seems easier to wait for the new one from MS. Just worried that one won't work either.
