So you need our phone numbers as proof we are human despites a few THOUSAND hours of recorded activity? All i wanted to do is redeem the $1.25 and activate game pass but you require my phone number as proof i'm human???? You do realize coders can make
bots on mobile right???? My account activity can actually prove i'm human, so this is literally just a scam to get our phone numbers and sell our information to 3rd party sources? It's the only real reason phone numbers are "REQUIRED", well screw you scam
microsoft i don't even have a phone number you can sell to other companies. "we need proof your human" because obviously bots that record sms messages are way harder to make than bots that mimic 10+ hours of account activity every day for over a year straight.
Worst company EVER [mod removed] atleast make it less obvious you NEED our phone numbers to sell our information.

Dude theres no "need" for it in this situation, the one and ONLY reason is to sell your information in this situation. Even their fake explanation "to prove your human" is pure and utter BS because it doesn't prove your human, people who make actual real
bots can setup a 2nd 3rd 4th, ect. Mobile devices solely for bots... While Microsoft literally has proof i'm human from my accounts actively playing games and browsing the web, like over 5,000 freaken hours easily i don't have any other online devices.

With the Microsoft rewards program, $1.25 is the lowest amount you can redeem. It's not an actual gift card.

So it's not the redemption that isn't working, when I go to say redeem my points the 3$ gift card is no longer an option to select I only have the 1.25 gift card to choose when I want to redeem points
