First, I'm going to mention that this may very well be a Steam issue and you may need to take it up with Steam support. However, there is a possibility that it could be caused by incompatibility between the OS and the app, an issue with malware or 3rd party programs or even an issue with the app itself and has nothing to do with Windows.

I just fixed error.
You can fix it by uninstalling vjoy driver.
Does anyone know how do you remove a discussion?
