Thank you for your help. You helped get me into the powershell correctly this time. The forum posts I read before were not clear on running powershell in administrator mode. This fixed my Gaming services problem. I still have a download issue. I now have an error code that it is giving me. 0xd05e0125 I found this post to try to resolve the problem

I followed these steps but I am still getting the error code. Any other ideas? When I did the reinstall, it also updated to the latest version. Thank you for your time.
