0xD0000001 Bard´s Tale IV

Hi,

the Troubleshoot doesn´t work for me.

I have win 10 and use the Xbox(beta) app.

The problem is the connection to the live service, in other games too (checked today).

Live isn´t blocked.

Only the live service is broken ...

- Updates checked

- Drivers up to date

- Firewall and Antivir (deactivated - no result)

I can start the games normaly.

If i switch to multiplayer (or after start like Bard´s Tales IV) he would connect into the live-service and i should login again.

After i tried, the error-message comes. Like: "You are unable to connect to the live-service ... Error:

0xD0000001

Thanks for updating us with your reply. When you say that you're unable to connect is this to Xbox Live or to the servers for the game specifically? At what point in the process do you receive the error code and are there any messages that come along
with it? Have you made sure that your OS has been fully updated to the latest build, as well as the drivers?

Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off << sometimes anti-virus programs can cause connection issues
