Try clearing up DNS history:

1. Type in cmd to the search right next to the Windows start button;
2. When the DOS window pops up, type in the followings in the given order:

• ipconfig /flushdns, then press enter key
• ipconfig /release, then press enter key
• ipconfig /renew, then press enter key

3. Restart the PC.

Your computer holds a record of DNS entries to save looking them up every time. This is your
DNS cache. You can delete those records (flush the cache) any time you like.

It's like cleaning up the PC from any old data entries (Ex., auto saved URL'S) that affect any new updated data.

The DNS history would be the recording of any/all DNS servers used. An example of this would be Google's DNS: Primary 8.8.8.8, secondary 8.8.4.4.

The flushing of said DNS server history as given by Leslie, will assist in clearing up the DNS.

Attempt to follow the steps and let us know if this works.

I have the same problem. I cannot log into any Microsoft services in Windows -- the Windows Mail, the new Sticky Notes, not even Feedback Hub. I get "Something went wrong. Please try again later. 0xcffff82e. I can log into mail in the browser, but no apps
will login. Flushing the DNS and rebooting did not help. I also switched to a different WiFi network -- that didn't help either.
