Microsoft Sudoku

I am unable to install Sudoku. I had it and it wasn't loading so I uninstalled and and then tried to re install and get an error message;

"Your purchase couldn't be completed, Something happened and your purchase can't be completed. Error code: 0xc03f300d"

How do I get this game installed?

Unable to log into Xbox in the Tap tiles game

I am unable to log into Xbox in the Taptiles, Mahjong and Sudoku games on my Surface 3. I can sign in with the Solitaire game. I can also log in to Mahjong, Taptiles and Sudoku on my Surface RT. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Mahjong and now I get
an error message about using the account that was used to install the app, which I am. Please help!

I am having the same issues, getting the same error code. I talked with an xbox tech, he claims my internet speed is too slow. I've had this internet and the games for years and have not had an issue. Not sure what's going on, but I'm missing my games and
daily challenges.

It seems as though a lot of people are having the same problem with no resolution . I am also getting the same error code. My internet speed is just fine eo I will not accept this excuse. Microsoft needs to fix the problem now.

Having the same problem. For me, it is only happening with Microsoft Mahjong. The error message I get clearly states that it is a problem on the Xbox side:

"Try that again. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help. The error code is, 0xC03F300D, in case you need it"

For two days I have the same problem. No problem with Solitaire Collection, Mahjong or Jigsaw, but cannot login with Sudoku. Uninstalling and new installations also do not work.
