Discus and support 0x87e1080b...downloaded games won't launch in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; saw another discussion that said to do a hard restart to clear cache....didn't work... no downloaded games will launch.     0x87e1080b...downloaded games won't launch


    saw another discussion that said to do a hard restart to clear cache....didn't work... no downloaded games will launch. No help from Microsoft. Error code doesn't exist in their support.

    Try going into the setting, reset console and reset and keep my apps and games. FIx this issue for me.

    I'm having the same problem...... trying to launch the COD BO4 closed Beta and nothing!!!!!!! i highly doubt they are gonna pay me back for not being able to play.... this is ****!!!

    So all of the accounts get wiped off of the xbox along with all of my saved settings? Why does this happen to me :((((
