    Just got my new 512GB WD My Passport SSD in today, well after I got it formatted and ready to go. I transferred two games over, PUBG and Terraria. Both worked before I transferred them, and after transferring them I constantly get this code with the occasional "The
    person who purchased this needs to sign in." Even though I purchased them and am the one who is signed in.

    PUBG almost loaded up a few times, but it would all of a sudden dashboard and pop up the 0x87e107d7 error. Now it happens instantly when I try to load it, except for when it tells me that I need to sign in with the account that purchased it, which is like one
    out of 15 tries.

    Help me.

    Purchased a game worked fine this morning now that I went back to playing it it's asking me to sign into the user that bought the game. I am the User that bought the game. It gives me a "SOMETHING WENT WRONG" pop up window and gives me an error code to type
    into the xbox.com/errorhelp though it didn't help me because they didn't recognize their own freaking code

    0x87e107d7 on brand new SSD.

    There seems to be a bug on this issue. Another thread is opened with a similar error code but it its 0x87e10804.

    I’m having the same problem. I’m signed into Xbox live but when I attempt to load a game I get the same error.

    youre not the only one. Its happening on my xbox too. I never transferred anything either.

    I’m having the same problem. I’m signed into Xbox live but when I attempt to load a game I get the same error.

    Lad i work with did the partions at work on a brand new ssd i bought. It worked for 3 days then the problem came back. No point sending it to microsoft as it over a year old
