    I'm on the verge of snapping and launching this Xbox out the window. How do I fix error 0x87DD0006? Ive attempted every fix I've seen and nothing has helped. I just completely factory reset the console as a last ditch effort...

    Ya their is nothing that you can do to fix it you might have to buy a new Xbox360 console if you want more answers you can message the Xbox Ambassadors

    You can do nothing to personally fix it sans wiping away any dust you see on the exterior anything else warrants a violation of the ToS agreement. If wiping away dust near the vents doesn't work you'll have to officially send it in for repairs.
