When I try to add a gamer tag. This pops up.. and I was wondering how to fix it? and can you add Xbox360 friends to the XboxOne

Can't add friends error code 0x87c400006. Need help from enforcement team

I am recieveing the message we cannot find that person (0x87c400006) and the enforcement team was supposed to contact me 4 days ago and I still have this issue.

Original Xbox 360 E74 error message- Solution

If your Xbox 360 has failed because of the E74 error, you’ll see the following message on the screen when you turn on your Original Xbox 360 console:

System Error. Contact Xbox Customer Support.
E74

If you see this error message, you must repair your console. The warranty period for the E74 error is three years from the original purchase date of the console. If the warranty period expires, you’ll have to pay for the repair.

Try clearing systems cache by holding down power button for 5 seconds then attempt to add again.

Remember if you have a current smart phone or tablet device you can always access these features via Xbox SmartGlass. It is free and easy to use. It even has companions for some of the games you may know and love!

I would guess that since the Xbox was originally purchased as part of the 2 year gold contract, said Xbox is tied to that original contract. You may be able to get a customer service rep to transfer the original 2 year Xbox contract over to you, but you
will probably have to finish the rest of the contract payments (I know you bought it from someone on eBay, but Microsoft isn't just going to give you their Xbox).

Also, since it has already been a few months it is probably too late to return your Xbox to the seller for a refund (he didn't tell you about an outstanding balance on the 2 year contract after all).

Definitely talk to customer service again and try to take over the original 2 year contract if you don't mind making the payments.
