0x80a4001a I keep getting this code every time I try sign in

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Xbox profile. I understand that you are already doing the recommended troubleshooting methods which to remove, re-add your account and to do a power cycle. You may follow this as a guide.

If you keep on receiving the error message, I would recommend that you move to the next troubleshooting step which is to reset your console to the factory defaults. By doing this, your system will be refreshed.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then go to Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:

Reset and remove everything.

This option resets the console to factory settings. All user data, including accounts, saved games, settings, home Xbox associations, and all installed content will be deleted. Use this option when selling or gifting the console, or as a last resort in some troubleshooting cases.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It resets the OS and deletes all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps.

I'm having the same issue when I go to sign in and put my password in it says their is a problem and try again later showing this code (0x80a4001a) I was wondering if you had managed to sign in yet?

Keep getting the 8015 error message every time i try and sign in also im guessing this is a problem with live :/

First, let's make sure your account security information is updated:

Sign in to your Microsoft account: https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional

Verify that your security information is correct and up to date, I also recommend turning on the 2-step verification.

Then, please, try accessing the site using an alternative browser or enable your browser's InPrivate mode.

To use InPrivate mode on Microsoft Edge, click the three dots on the top right of the screen and select "New InPrivate Window".

You can also press CTRL+SHIFT+N keys together on your keyboard.

Verify that your browser is not preventing a login pop-up from the Microsoft site.

When a pop-up has been blocked, Edge will display an icon in your web browser's address bar.

If that still does not work, the best course of action is to contact Support.

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

I would suggest to uninstall your Microsoft Edge browser, restart PC, and install it back again.
