0x80a4001a and 0x8027025a

Hi, just this morning I've tried to login to xbox but can't. Never had this problem before. I'll press which account I want to use then maybe a minute or two later it'll come with something like 'SignIn' or 'Microsoft account' has taken too long to start, with the error code 0x8027025a. Or, a few attempts later it with come up with an error with the error code 0x80a4001a. Oh and also the icons or pictures for the games and apps such as Forza won't show which is unusual

I'm not really sure what to do and may need some help

Hi, after I choose maintain games and apps it says I've apparently no connection, when I do, and it says I can continue with the reset but my console associations or something along those line will be erased but will keep those games and apps. I don't really want to lose my game data and not really sure whether I do the reset

Hello Brodie, you've tried resetting your console by keeping games and Apps to see if it's back to normal.

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > system > console > system

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note - You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

The network connection is fine and I've think it's hard drive issue as when you see what the error codes says, It comes up with that my account or console may be corrupt. I am in my 6th year of having this console and the 1 S lasts about 6-8 years so could be why

Sounds like your only option is to do a Factory refresh and delete everything if you tried keeping games and apps.

If deleting everything doesn't fix the issue, the console will need repairing.

Thing is that I think that nobody has this issue as at first I thought it was due to me missing an update (which I did). I updated it. It's a bit faster and not as laggy as before but I can still not sign in. Sources were telling me that my account had become corrupt so I've removed my profile from the console (I can get it back). The idiotic thing is I can't add it back as no keyboard will show up and will still say 'Microsoft account has taken too long to start (0x8027025a)'. I've done many hard resets, power recycles and removed my account but nothings changed
