If you having this problem within the console, I would try maybe removing and redownloading your profile.

Tengo el mismo problema, llevo dias sin poder iniciar sesión en la Xbox One.... error 0x80a40010. Soy de España y nunca me habia pasado esto.

He probado todo, borrar cuenta, reiniciar xbox, cambiar dns y nada de nada....

Asi llevo un mes compañero,es vergonzoso como se retrasa el tema y mas viniendo de una gran empresa ....solo funciona si te conectas a una red distinta a la tuya o con el wifi de tu móvil ,pero no dan respuesta a porque con nuestro router no funciona , inexplicable
