Click on the green "Report" button and fill in the information as detailed as possible.

This way Xbox will know that there is a problem with the app and they can work to fix it as soon as possible.

WOW i literally just went here to report the same problem. i have tried fixing it for 5 hours last night, going as far as to newly installing windows with no results. I sincerely hope we will get an answer for this soon.

That is sad. Yesterday I got a new computer and configured it. After everything was properly set up, I realized the Xbox app was not working, so I tried all methods, including the uninstall of Xbox Services, etc. Nothing worked so I formatted my computer to start from scratch. As it's a widespread issue nothing worked, so I formatted my computer for nothing :-(

I am dealing with the same code (0x803FB005) and issue trying to install the Starz app and other apps on an xbox one s. I have also power cycled the console, etc.

Btw, Im on win 11 23H2, I´ve tried almost everything that I could find, even a clean reinstall of win and nothing works
