0x803F9006 after hack

My gametag and account have been hacked last week. They people have bought for 200 Euro gamepoints in microsoft store. besides this i was not able to enter my account anymore so i could not play anymore.

By chatservice of Xbox i have been helped to create new account and to get my refund.

No comes the issue: The service desk created a new xbox account and transfered my gametag plus my games to this account. i logged in on xbox one with this account and opened a game. unfortunately it doesn't start but give me thr following comment:

"Something went wrong. please login with the account who did buy theses games. 0x803F9006"

What to do?

from my understanding it is impossible for Support to transfer games and gamertag from one account to another.

the new account you created was so that Support could contact you without the hacker being aware while support help you recover your original account and guide you through making it more secure.

follow that guide (and contact support again if necessary) then you should be able to continue playing on your original account.
