    I have the PC gamepass, logged in MS store and Xbox app. what could the problem be?

    Hi Samagda, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    First, make sure that you're signed in under the correct Microsoft account. Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and once confirmed that your subscription is active kindly sign out on your Xbox App as well as Microsoft Store App and then quit both apps before signing back in.
