    Error code 0x8027025 keeps occurring whenever I try to start up a game. This happens with physical and digital games, but does not happen when starting apps. I have tried quitting the game, restarting my console, turning off my console and turning it back
    on, signing out and back in, and switching accounts, nothing has worked. If anyone can recommend any possible solutions I would appreciate it.

    Yup! No code, at least I don't get any, sometimes the (0x8027025a) appears.

    Hi there,

    just to be sure please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    If that doesn't fix anything the best thing to try is a Factory Reset (With keeping my games and apps installed) via the steps mentioned here:

    Keep in mind that you need the account credentials in order to redownload your profile etc.
