    0x8027025a error and profile issues


    Hi, my son is having issues logging into his xbox one.He is getting a 0x8027025a error. I have removed his profile in an attempt to reload it but now it won't seem to allow me to add a new profile.

    I did get to a point where I was able to select the option to reset the console where it gave me the option to keep all games and apps(which I selected), but the reset did not complete and I got the following message - we were unable to remove this xboxs home associations.

    I have tried a power reboot and power restart which have not worked.

    "There's a temporary problem with the Xbox service

    The application did not load in the time expected

    There's a sign-in issue with your profile"

    Kindly perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

    "POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

    If the same issue occurs, do you have an external hard drive? A corrupted hard drive may cause this as well.

    Can't sign into profile

    I am having the same problem except when i go to the left to select a profile, i get this error : 0x8027025a

    Even a power recycle didn't fix this issue

    This may mean one of the following:

    1. There's a temporary problem with the Xbox Live service.
    2. The application did not load in the time expected.
    3. There's a sign-in issue with your profile
