Does it give you an error code? If it does you should be able to search that error code in the
support search and it provide some feedback and trouble shooting solutions.

The initial indicator says "Sorry, it looks like our service isn't working right"

Then it fails

And says "

You need this update to use your console, but something went wrong. For help ....
