Alright so on windows 10 it says NAT type is Open, Xbox Live Services are all running, and my server connectivity is connected. And my timezones are correct, and I tried removing accounts and then logging in again. None of that did anything. And yet I
still can not log in to xbox live. Every time I try it always says "We were unable to sign you into Xbox live" with this code, 0x8015DC0D There is a link attached to this code, which leads into the error status codes. And there is nothing on there related
to this code. Please find out what this code means. Also there was one post the same as mine, but the solutions the microsoft supporter gave did nothing for me. Please fix this, as I paid full price for Sea of Thieves. I can not open the xbox app at all due
to this

If you go to xbox.com/support, you should be able to look it up. If there's nothing for it, try resetting your router.

Are you sure your Xbox Live subscription is still active and hasn't expired?

Have you checked your services in Windows? to do this you would need to do a search for Services ( Desktop App) Then scroll to the bottom and make sure your Xbox Services are all running.
