0x8015DC0B error in the UK on every device and account my family has

I'm getting 0x8015DC0B error on logging on my xbox one series x, xbox one series s, xbox one s I have 6 consoles and family members who cannot login.

I also cannot login to xbox app either on my pc.

i can login to every other service successfully just not any xbox ones. Have you pulled UK support for gamepass?

This was working fine yesterday what is going on?

Regions are set correctly on accounts and machines, haven't moved physical location, no VPN literally an UK IP address as public ip.

Hello Tony, it's unfortunate to know the inconvenience persists.

Can you try to factory reset your router?

Make sure to know the default Wi-Fi password if you proceed to do so.

Otherwise, I recommend you getting in touch with your ISP technical support department, and ask them to re-assign the IP address for your router, or ask them to set a fixed IP for your devices.

At the moment, it seems to be an issue with the current ISP, please let me know what happens when you are able to test with another console at another house.

Yeah i have reached out - weirdly on a vpn (netherlands based) i have no issues at all.

I managed to get a network trace and failure and it also appears checking my own details via msgraph that some of my settings are not saving back - for example it shows my preferred language as english US despite me changing this . I will try to login on another console at another house - different wifi and see what happens!

Hi all consoles are on the same wifi. pc is not but on same subnet. all getting the same error.

Hotspot the same.

did call Ms but they hung up

It's resolved! my external ip has now changed and everything is good again
