0x8015DC03 when i try to sign in on my pc

Hello. Thank you for bringing this to the xbox forums. I understand you are unable to sign in and i have something we can try. Hope it helps.

1. Go to your Microsoft Account.
2. Sign in with the Microsoft account (email address and password) that’s associated with your Xbox Live account. If you’ve forgotten your Microsoft account password, see the Lost
   Account and Password Solution.
3. Click Security & privacy at the top of the page. Due to the sensitive nature of this information, the page will prompt you to receive and enter a security code. Select the phone number or email address where you want us
   to send the code.
4. Click More security settings. If any of the phone numbers or email addresses listed as security information have the word Verify next to them, you’ll need to click that link to confirm we have the correct information. The
   page will then send you a security code. Enter that code into the field provided, and then click Verify.
5. Sign out of your Microsoft account, and then sign in again.
6. Try to sign in to Xbox Live again.

Hey there, at the moment the Ambassador and XCL websites aren't recognizing profiles.

There's a thread regarding the issue in the Ambassador Support forum.

I'm having the same problem... So far it has been with two error codes and I can't sign in to Xbox.com either.

I have the following error codes"

80072EF3

8015000A

Whenever I try to look up what these mean, the link crashes or just wont load. WTH is going on here?

Are you still having this issue with the same error code? Were you able to update your security proofs and such like Bard suggested?

If you did update your security proofs and you’re still receiving the same error, I suggest redownloading your profile to see if that helps resolve the issue. To do that:

• Delete your profile ONLY (do NOT delete profile and items).
  
• Clear your system cache.
  
• Restart your console.
• Download your profile.
