    Hello,

    Just an FYI that since the last two Xbox One X updates there is 0x8007490 error when launching EA Access from Games and Apps menu -> Full Library. If EA Access is not installed clicking on the EA Access button in Full Library correctly opens Microsoft Store
    to install the app. But after it's installed 0x8007490 will appear when using the button in Full Library. EA Access works correctly when starting it from Apps menu.

    Is anybody else having the same issue?

    Changing DNS didn't work for me. But what I did find is that if you switch over the Social or Store tab before the full page error pops up, you can access your library from the left hand menu and directly launch games from there. Odd bug.

    Thanks i do that now. Its Iery annoying. Ill just have to search the store for new game pass games.

    Thanks for trying, DaleGoins! You will need to install EA games on the EA desktop app. According to Xbox:

    EA games in the EA Play library are accessible for download within the Xbox Game Pass experience using the Xbox app for Windows via the EA app, now in beta.
