    0x80073d19 error code

Any time I try to install a game on the Xbox app (I have gamepass), no matter what game I try to download, it gives me this 0x80073d19 error code which annoys me a lot. So far I've tried: Rebooting my computer, deleting and reinstalling xbox app, clearing windows store cache, clearing network cache, trying to download games to different hdds, deactivating the antivirus and firewall. All of this is slowly driving me insane. Is this even fixable or is my pc cursed for life with this error message? I don't want to do a clean reinstall of my pc.

    :)

    Hello AndroidOriginal,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue and I completely understand how you feel. Let's work on this together and sort this out in timely manner for you to get back to gaming.

The 0x80073d19 error code is usually related to a problem with the Windows Store cache. Since you've already tried clearing the cache, I would suggest trying the following steps:

    1. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

    2. Type "wsreset.exe" (without quotes) and press Enter.

    3. Wait for the process to complete and then try downloading the game again.

If that doesn't work, you can try resetting the Windows Store app by following these steps:

    1. Press the Windows key + X and select "Apps and Features".

    2. Find the Microsoft Store app and click on it.

    3. Click on "Advanced options".

    4. Scroll down and click on "Reset".

    5. Wait for the process to complete and then try downloading the game again.

If neither of these steps work, you can try signing out the account from Microsoft Store App, restart your computer and sign back in. Download the game from Microsoft Store App and see if it works.

You may also check and correct these settings Here is how:

    • Open Settings. You can press Win + I to open settings in Windows 10.
    • Now, go to Time & Language>Date & time
    • Then, make sure set time and time zone automatically is on
    • Under Region & language, please make sure you have correct settings based on where you live.

There are also instances where you need to remove the device configuration. To do this, go to my devices on your Microsoft account, remove my old configuration, then open the Microsoft Store App, go to settings and manually enable Offline Permissions.

I hope this helps you resolve the issue. Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Sincerely,

    Microsoft Community Moderator

Hi there Michael welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. I had this issue around a year ago. I could tell you all the 10 steps I followed to solve it, unfortunately what helped me to solved this was to restart my PC as it comes here:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/rec...

In the part of Windows 10 click on "Reset this PC" these instructions will help you to solve the problem, you can even leave your important files!
