0x80073d19 error code

The 0x80073d19 error code is usually related to a problem with the Windows Store cache. Since you've already tried clearing the cache, I would suggest trying the following steps:

1. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

2. Type "wsreset.exe" (without quotes) and press Enter.

3. Wait for the process to complete and then try downloading the game again.

If that doesn't work, you can try resetting the Windows Store app by following these steps:



1. Press the Windows key + X and select "Apps and Features".

2. Find the Microsoft Store app and click on it.

3. Click on "Advanced options".

4. Scroll down and click on "Reset".

5. Wait for the process to complete and then try downloading the game again.



If neither of these steps work, you can try signing out the account from Microsoft Store App, restart your computer and sign back in. Download the game from Microsoft Store App and see if it works.

You may also check and correct these settings Here is how:

• Open Settings. You can press Win + I to open settings in Windows 10.
  
• Now, go to Time & Language>Date & time
  
• Then, make sure set time and time zone automatically is on
  
• Under Region & language, please make sure you have correct settings based on where you live.
  
  There are also instances where you need to remove the device configuration. To do this, go to my devices on your Microsoft account, remove my old configuration, then open the Microsoft Store App, go to settings and manually enable Offline Permissions.

I had this issue around a year ago. I could tell you all the 10 steps I followed to solve it, unfortunately what helped me to solved this was to restart my PC as it comes here:

In the part of Windows 10 click on "Reset this PC" these instructions will help you to solve the problem, you can even leave your important files!

My Windows 11 already at version 21H2

also install Xbox Companion didn't resolve problem.

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

[RESOLVED] i just tried running my pc in safe mode, restarted and then swhitched back and restarted again and then i could install xbox app fine and also Ori and the will of the wisps was finally gone and i could install games again
