    Go to Start (Windows Start) -> Settings -> System -> Storage -> Change where new content is saved (under 'More Storage Settings'). Change the setting "New Apps will install to:" to the drive you want to use. Restart your computer and see how it goes.

    So I have been trying to download nba 2k21 current gen I have a disk for it and I just got a new Xbox series x and every time I try to download the game it always says installation stoped I’ve tried multiple times to downloading it I’ve even looked up on YouTube done methods on that didn’t work and ask a agent for help and told me what to do didn’t work as well

    May I know if you are running Windows 10 or 11?

    Also, in the meantime, please try changing the default location for new apps in Windows to your external SSD and then try installing the game again.

    Go to Start (Windows Start) -> Settings -> System -> Storage -> Change where new content is saved (under 'More Storage Settings'). Change the setting "New Apps will install to:" to the drive you want to use. Restart your computer and see how it goes.
