you could also try restarting your router.

unplug the power from the router and wait 5 minutes then plug it back in and power it up. wait for the lights to come on steady and green then start your Xbox and try to connect.

Also be advised, if the error code troubleshooter doesn't help... it may be a good idea to call your internet service provider and ask for their opinion about what the issue could be and what could be causing it if this issue doesn't get resolved. They may
send you a new router or do some remote tests of your internet. Just because your Xbox can't connect and other devices can, doesn't necessarily mean its just the Xbox.

sorry to hear. The error Code says something like a cluster of the Network is not available!! Often false DNS or Incorrect data in the cache. Please try first a powercycle like this:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
   
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 30 seconds.
   Important Be sure to wait 30 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
   
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
