(0x800706BE) Xbox Game Pass Pc Install

I have purchased the xbox game pass for Pc and already downloaded it the i had to uninstall it because it shuted down (freezed) I have tried to open and close it but it didnt function. I also downloaded three games but then i didnt wanted the one and tried
to stopp it after that the game pass freezed. I have deinsatlled everything and tried to download the Xbox game pass again. than i get error code 0x800706BE again.
